Setup timing

Dance floor and DJ setup can begin right after the ceremony. Cocktail hour and dinner follow, with dancing until 11 pm.

Power

Available behind the bar under Tent B.

Pickup

Sunday, October 4 through Wednesday, October 7. This includes tents, the dance floor, and other rentals.

Property access

The property may have a gate code. Coordinate setup and teardown with Stacy Chapman, who is on property this week and through the wedding.

Tent A

40′ × 60′ · 2,400 sq ft

On the lawn just beyond the patio, with walls on the west, south, and east sides.

Subfloor & room use

The proposed plan is to hold the ceremony here, then convert the space to the dance floor and DJ area while everyone is eating.

Tent B

40′ × 20′ · 800 sq ft

On the left half of the patio. Power is available behind the bar.
